About the event
DxE activists are facing charges and decades in prison for uncovering criminal animal cruelty in California and around the globe, so hundreds of animal rights activists are converging in Berkeley, CA to take action and demand an Animal Bill of Rights including the Right to Rescue. Right now, animals everywhere are crying out and fighting for their liberation, will you join them in their struggle?

WHEN: 2:00pm, Saturday, September 28
ACCESSIBILITY: This event will include a march which will be done at a moderate pace. This march will include drumming, there will be ear plugs available. If you have questions or need support to attend this event, email sfbay-protest@directactioneverywhere.com.
WHO: Everyone is welcome! If you're nervous about protesting, you can come observe or hold a sign quietly. All forms of participation are appreciated!
SCHEDULE:
2:00pm: Rally & briefing -- Everyone will gather at the briefing location where we will rally, hear from speakers and prepare ourselves to take action!
2:30pm: March -- We will march together through the streets of Berkeley demanding an Animal Bill of Rights!
